What you can return

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery with a valid invoice. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Final-sale items and custom/special orders aren’t eligible for return.

Refund method:

  • Non-Klarna purchases: you may choose exchange or store credit (subject to item eligibility).

  • Klarna purchases: exchanges and store credit are not available. Eligible returns will be refunded to the original Klarna payment method only.

No restocking or return processing fees.


How to start a return

Email customerservice@waxwax.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

We’ll reply with instructions. If your item is incorrect or faulty, we’ll issue a prepaid return label. For non-defective returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered), you may use your own trackable carrier.

Warmers & defects

If your wax warmer has a manufacturing defect reported within 30 days of delivery, you’re eligible for a full refund and we provide a prepaid label.

Defects reported after 30 days (within 1 year) are eligible for exchange for the same model.

Dents or damage caused by mishandling aren’t considered manufacturing defects.

Do not attempt repairs—contact us first.

For incorrect or faulty items, we cover return shipping costs. For non-defective returns, customer pays return shipping. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable once shipped.


Packaging & timing

Pack returns securely in the original packaging. Return labels we issue are valid for 14 days. Please allow up to 30 days after our warehouse receives your return for inspection and processing.


Hygiene & safety

We cannot accept opened/used products or empty containers for return, due to hygiene and safety standards.


Who can return

Our products are designed for licensed professionals; however, any eligible purchase made on waxwax.com may be returned under this policy.


If you paid with Klarna

For orders paid with Klarna, exchanges and store credit are not available. If eligible, your return will be refunded to your original Klarna payment method. After you ship the return, report it in the Klarna app with tracking so Klarna can pause or adjust your payment schedule while we process the return.
