Our delivery commitment
For in-stock items shipping to U.S. addresses, we aim to deliver your order within 14 calendar days of the order date. If an unexpected delay means we cannot meet that timeframe, we will contact you to approve a new delivery date or offer a prompt cancellation and refund. This reflects the FTC “Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order” rule.
1) Where we ship
United States: All 50 states and D.C.
U.S. Territories & APO/FPO/DPO: Available—see special rules below.
International: If/when we add international checkout, duties and taxes will be shown or collected according to the destination’s rules (details will appear here).
APO/FPO/DPO: Ship via USPS (domestic rates apply; customs forms may be required). Transit times vary based on military routing.
2) Processing times

Standard processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

Peak/promotions & large/bulk orders: please allow 2–5 business days to process.

Orders placed after business hours/weekends begin processing the next business day.

Pre-orders/backorders/custom items: We’ll display or email expected ship dates before you pay.
Note: Processing time is in addition to carrier transit time.

Economy/Ground: typically 5–8 business days

Overnight: 1 business day to eligible addresses
Carrier(s): We primarily use UPS and USPS; we may select the best available service at our discretion.
PO Boxes: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes; if a PO Box is entered, we’ll ship by USPS (which may affect speed/rates).

Rates and options are carrier-calculated at checkout (USPS/UPS where eligible). Transit may be longer than the contiguous U.S.

Promotional shipping offers (e.g., free shipping) are applied per the terms shown in on-site banners or at checkout.
5) Order tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display movement after carrier pickup.
6) Address accuracy, PO Boxes & rerouting
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or additional reship charges.
For security and fraud prevention, we’re generally unable to change the delivery address after an order has shipped.
7) Delivery attempts & unavailable delivery
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, we’ll contact you. We can reship (additional shipping cost may apply) or issue a refund less outbound shipping once the package is received back in sellable condition.
8) Missing, damaged, or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, or shows delivered but you can’t locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and keep all packaging. We’ll assist with a carrier investigation/claim. Claim timelines and documentation requirements vary by carrier.
9) Delivery timeframe guarantee (14-day rule)
For in-stock U.S. orders, our goal is delivery within 14 calendar days of the order date. If we can’t ship or deliver within the promised time, we’ll seek your consent to a revised date or we’ll cancel and refund at your request, as required by the FTC’s Mail Order Rule.
10) U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO & special addresses

APO/FPO/DPO: Must ship via USPS; please use the correct military addressing format. Transit times vary based on routing.

U.S. Territories: Some services may be limited; transit times can be longer; rates are carrier-calculated at checkout.
11) Weather & events outside our control
Severe weather, carrier network disruptions, or other events outside our control can affect transit times. We’ll do our best to keep you informed and still meet the 14-day commitment when possible.
12) Wholesale & palletized shipments
Large or palletized orders may require additional processing/lead time and may ship via freight carriers. We’ll coordinate timelines with you before shipping to maintain the 14-day commitment whenever feasible.
13) Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal changes. The “Effective date” above will always show the latest version.
